Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at gillianr@shortgrass.ca. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping for local orders (within Medicine Hat, AB) over $100.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Medicine Hat Public Library which is located at 414 1 Street SE. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 5pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday; 10am to 8pm on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
